This blog will be a series of tales of SAORI adventures in weaving and in life. Hopefully it will be entertaining and keep you inspired to grab some yarn and play to your heart’s content.
You will meet some of the quirky artisans and artists who have influenced me through the years. People like my folks who indulged in fine woodworking, paintings, quilting, photography, enameling, and oh yes, weaving. I wrote a short story about them called, “Sawdust in the Attic, Turpentine in the Cellar”. These were the smells that often greeted me when I got home from my own childhood Saturday adventures. The aroma made me smile then, and it still does today.
I will visit this B-Log (that’s Bobbie’s Log) every week or two. As you can see on the “Classes” page, FreedomWeavers Studio is morphing and I am seeing yet again that every ending is a new beginning in disguise. Stay tuned!
